Sunday morning. Up 05:20 for an early breakfast, ready to go as soon as the gates open. From inside we heard the Lions roar. I wanted to meet them again!
But I saw no Lions this morning. Instead I came to this big black Rhino.
And Zebras, a mother and child…
…someone who had a tough morning experience…
…galloping Zebras…
…and fighting Zebras…
…that kept on fighting for a long time.
Blue Wildebeest…
…a pretty couple of Blackbacked Jackals…
…less pretty Vultures…
…Blue Wildebeest and Springbok…
…and a Kudu family. Mother, teenager son and a young daughter?
And a tree! Or do you see more?
It was very far away but I was still happy to finally see a Leopard in Etosha.

And a human taking a break halfway between Okaukuejo and Namutoni on the Etosha Lookout point where you get a fantastic view over the huge Salt Pan.
