The surveillance validation project safety case for Namibian DCA will be done by Alfred Vlasek from Austro Control.
This morning started very nicely:

The next days Alfred will meet members of the ICAO team and controllers of the local organization to gather facts needed for the safety case – a report that will help us make sure we are on a safe track towards surveillance control in Namibian airspace.
